Information collected
The forms on this site collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, and whatever you choose to write in your message. A trade-in enquiry also collects the year, make, model and mileage of your vehicle, and a VIN if you choose to give one.
We never ask for a Social Security number, bank or card details, driving-licence images, tax records, or identity documents. Please do not send them through this site.
How it is used
Your enquiry is stored securely and sent by email to Vinne Autos so the dealership can answer you. That email contains the details you submitted, because they are what the dealership needs in order to reply. It is sent only to Vinne Autos and is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
Who processes it
Vinne Autosis responsible for your information. Ultiblob Inc. operates this website and its mail delivery on the dealership’s behalf, and processes your enquiry only to pass it to them.
Protection and retention
Submissions are validated and rate-limited, stored with restricted file permissions on managed private infrastructure, and queued for delivery so that an email problem delays your enquiry rather than losing it. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for the dealership’s ordinary business records.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and say what you would like done.
Analytics
This site does not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Where site analytics are enabled, submitted form contents, email addresses and telephone numbers are excluded from them.
